However, we are only human and can make mistakes. If you are not satisfied with the product based on our description, or if there is damage not described in ad, we will certainly refund your money. If product is damaged during transit, we will refund your money only if you have paid for product to be insured, which will add $1.35 for each $50 increment of insurance.
